I would definitely recommend Kristen's course. I heard great things about her and how she is one of the most requested instructors for NY real estate and she does not disappoint. There are subtitles provided in all of the languages that the NYS exam is given. Aside from English, there are subtitles in Chinese, Korean, Russian and Spanish.

This course was perfect for learning the NY State real estate curriculum. The practice tests are spot on and extremely helpful for the actual state exam. Definitely the best course for the price.

The course is great! Kristen makes it as interesting as possible. Their is audio/video along with the text so you can either watch or read along. I am more then 75% done with the course & as of Jan 2023 NYS has changed the course from 75hrs to 77hrs, and RelNY is 1 of 4 out of 385 schools that have the new program. The only difference I see is that the chapter quiz’s are longer. Besides that, which is out of their control, this is a great course!!

I purchased this course 6 weeks ago and just finished it! I enjoyed little moments of comedy throughout which REALLY helps get you through mountains of information and makes things easy to remember. I still giggle when I remember the dreaded Acceleration Clause and I'll likely remember that forever. The practice tests are such a helpful tool! The program was good and mostly interesting! I was able to control the schedule while taking the course which is beneficial. The one thing I will say is that I didn't notice there was a time frame from RELNY that I had to finish the course and if you don't complete it by then you have to purchase an extension so be aware of your time! There is an ample amount of time though. Make note of which package you purchase as well because there is a 65 dollar charge to take the exam online because you have to pay for a proctor program. Maybe I just didn't take note of all of these things in the beginning. I'm glad I purchased this course I'm excited to take on the next step. To whom it may concern, I recently purchased the New York 77- Real Estate salesperson licensing E- course and Exam (basic +Exam Prep) Initially i had some serious trouble trying to put in the code to gain access to the program and after trying several times I became frustrated and tried calling them but had no number to speak with anyone. They did however respond back by email and try to help me. It was in the middle of the night when I was doing this and I was tired and I left them a bad review. Honestly speaking it was not their fault and they have been nothing but professional and transparent and tried their best to help me. Eventually I gained access to the program and their follow up has been second to none customer service! They even offered me an upgrade in the program for the inconvenience. I would recommend them to anyone who is trying to obtain their Real estate License as they are a five star company. I am glad we were able to rectify the issue and I am on way to success.

Absolutely fantastic course by Kristen. The information is delivered so well and easy to retain. The course is not boring at all, I enjoyed every minute and just wanted to keep going. Kristen makes it so simple to understand, is clear on the topics you definitely need to know and I passed my course exam the first time with a 96%. Very concise and easy to understand!

I thoroughly enjoyed this course (77 hr real estate) and the work at your own pace design. I was a little apprehensive taking courses online as I am a better learner in person. However, Kristen made the videos entertaining, very informative, and engaging. I really appreciate her helpful hints and tricks that she discusses during the chapters, as well as the quizzes after each lecture. It truly helped me retain the information. Deb was also extremely helpful with any questions or concerns that I had throughout my time and would provide a very prompt and informative response. I purchased the premium package which I would highly recommend. It had everything needed in order to pass my exam, which I did on the first try!! I am confident I will pass my state exam which I will be taking in the near future. I had a wonderful experience with this course and highly recommend it.
